Rooms were rather small.

I enjoyed the free WiFi, especially the scenic views of the city from the apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for my cooking experiments, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.

Just loved how the narrow street outside made sure my apartment didn't get too much sunlight. So thoughtful!

We had a very comfortable stay in Valencia just off Carrefour express, several supermarkets in close vicinity and most historic sites. Employees were excellent and amiable. The location was good and incredible, 10 minutes' walk of Galeria Luis Adelantado...

The location of this accommodation was perfect - close to the city centre and all the attractions. It was surprisingly peaceful, despite being so close to everything. the room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. the bathroom was clean and functional, although the wash basin had some water residue. the host was friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome on arrival.

One negative aspect was the lack of attention to detail in providing essential items such as coffee, tea, and toilet paper.

The parking on site was a great advantage. Collecting the keys was efficient and our host gave us plenty of information on things to see and do in the area. the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We loved the two levels and the chic decor. the kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine with detergent provided. the location was perfect for exploring the old town, and it was a quiet neighborhood. the wifi and air conditioning worked well, and it was a short walk to buses and the metro. we thoroughly enjoyed our three days and would happily return to stay at Singularstays Comedias. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! 😊.

Great location, just a short walk to the city center and all its attractions. the apartment met our needs as a family, with a well-equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. the small terrace on the second floor was a lovely addition, providing a cozy space to relax and enjoy the weather.

The showers were a bit inconvenient, with small spaces and curtains that clung to our bodies while showering, causing the floor to get wet. the noise from the building and neighboring apartments was noticeable, making it slightly difficult to sleep at times.
